摘 要:分析高速铁路车站选址的关键因素,据此建立一套较为全面的多层次评价指标体系。对模糊评价方法进行改进,采用层次分析法确定各因素权重。将指标分为定量和定性两类,制定定量指标的评价准则,采用线性插值的方法建立隶属函数,运用隶属函数计算得到模糊判断矩阵,最后用多级模糊评价方法复合运算得到高速铁路车站选址的得分和评语等级。通过仿真模拟值进行实例分析,运用该种方法在一定程度上降低评价方法的主观性,提高评价的准确性和科学性。This paper analyzed the key factors and established a set of relatively perfect index system.The fuzzy integrative evaluation was improved and the AHP was used to determine the weight of each factor.The paper divided the indexes into qualitative ones and quantitative ones,formulated the evaluation criteria of the quantitative indexes,built subjection functions applying linear interpolation,and calculated the fuzzy matrix by the subjection functions.The score and grade of the station site selection consistency of High Speed Railway were acquired by multi-level fuzzy evaluation composite operator.An analog case was analyzed by this method,this method reduced the subjectivity and improved the accuracy and scientific of the evaluation.
