摘 要:目的:比较电子紫砂药壶、电子陶瓷药壶和电磁炉不锈钢器皿对银翘散煎煮的效果。方法:分别用电子紫砂药壶、电子陶瓷药壶和电磁炉不锈钢器皿煎煮银翘散,测定其在不同煎药器煮沸20min后的收膏率和绿原酸含量。结果:电子紫砂药壶、电子陶瓷药壶与电磁炉不锈钢器皿煎煮后的收膏率和绿原酸含量比较均有极显著差异;电子紫砂药壶与电子陶瓷药壶煎药的收膏率无显著性差异,但二者煎煮后的绿原酸含量有极显著性差异。结论:选择电子陶瓷药壶煎药效果为优。OBJECTIVE: To compare the effect of decoction vessel on the quality of Yinqiaosan decoction, such as electronic redware-drug pot, electronic ceramic-drug pot and induction-cooker stainless-steel utensils. METHODS: Yinqiaosan was decocted by electronic redware-drug pot, electronic ceramic-drug pot and induction-cooker stainless-steel utensils respectively. The field of ex- tracts and the content of chlorogenic acids in different decoction containers were measured 20 min after boiling. RESULTS : The con- tent of chlorogenic acids and the field of extract decocted by electronic redware-drug pot and electronic ceramic-drug pot were sig- nificantly different from that decocted by induction-cooker stainless-steel utendils.But there was no significant difference in the field of extract between the first two decoction devices. While there was significant difference in the content of chlorogenic acids. CONCLUSION: CLUSION: The electronic ceramic-drug pot is optimal for decoction.
