摘 要:目的:比较不同产地栽培与野生地骨皮中香草酸的含量变化。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对野生与栽培地骨皮中香草酸的含量进行测定。色谱柱为Dikma Kromasil C18 100A(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-1%冰醋酸水溶液(15∶85),检测波长为260nm。结果:香草酸的检测浓度在8.36~66.88μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.9994);平均回收率为97.53%,RSD=1.51%(n=6)。栽培地骨皮中香草酸的含量整体高于野生地骨皮。结论:地骨皮的质量与其生长环境有密切关系。本试验结果可为地骨皮的开发利用提供科学依据。OBJECTIVE: To compare the change of the content of vanillic acid in wild and cultivated Cortex Lycii from different areas. METHODS: The content of vanillic acid in wild and cultivated Cortex Lycii was determined by HPLC. The determination was performed on Dikma Kromasil C18 100A (250 mm×4.6mm, 5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-1% glacial acetic acid solution (15:85) at detection wavelength of 260 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of vanillic was 8.36--66.88 μg.mL-1(r=0.999 4) with an average recovery of 97.53% (RSD=1.51%, n-6). The content of vanillic acid in cultivated Cortex Lycii was higher than in wild Cortex Lyeii. CONCLUSION: The quality of Cortex Lycii is closely related to its ecological environ- ment. The study supplies scientific basis for the development and application of Cortex Lycii.
