复方甘草酸苷联合葛根素对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者血清IL-6、TNF-α的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷联合葛根素对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α的影响。方法:将120例非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者随机分成对照、复方甘草酸苷、葛根素、联合治疗4组。检测治疗4周前后各组患者血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、IL-6、TNF-α水平,并进行比较。结果:治疗后各组患者血清ALT、AST、IL-6、TNF-α水平显著下降(P<0.05),对照组、复方甘草酸苷组、葛根素组之间比较无显著性差异,联合治疗组较对照组、复方甘草酸苷组、葛根素组显著下降(P<0.05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合葛根素能显著降低非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者血清IL-6、TNF-α水平,从而改善肝功能。OBJECTIVE： To explore the effect of compound glycyrrhizin combined with puerarin on serum interleukin-6 （IL-6） and tumor necrosis factor-or （TNF-α） in patients with non-alcohol fatty liver disease （NAFLD）. METHODS： 120 patients with NAFLD were randomized into four groups： control group, compound glycyrrhizin group, puerarin group and combined group. The levels of serum ALT, AST, IL-6 and TNF-α were determined after 4 weeks of treatment. RESULTS： The serum level of ALT, AST, IL-6 and TNF-α were decreased significantly in four groups after treatment（P〈0.05）. There was no significant differ- ence ha control group, compound glycyrrhizin group, puerarin group. The serum level ofALT, AST, IL-6 and TNF-α in combined group were decreased significantly, compared with other three groups（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： Compound glycyrrhizin com- bined with puerarin can decrease the levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-α in NAFLD patients to improve the liver function.
