摘 要:目的:探讨植物多糖的各种提取分离方法,以期为植物多糖研究者提供参考依据。方法:根据实际工作经验并参考近几年的文献,从多糖的提取效率、分离纯化的效果以及多糖的活性等方面,对植物多糖的各种提取分离方法的优缺点进行分析。结果与结论:通过比较优缺点,可以有效地选出一种较佳的植物多糖的提取分离方法。OBJECTIVE : To discuss various extraction and isolation methods of plant polysaccharides so as to provide a refer- ence for plant polysaccharide study. METHODS: Based on practical experience and pertinent literature in recent years, the advan- tages and disadvantages of various extraction and isolation methods of plant polysaccharides were analyzed from aspect5 of extrac- tion efficiency, purification effect and the activity of polysaccharides, etc. RESULTS&CONCLUSION: It is effective to select an optimal method for the extraction and isolation of plant polysaccharides by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various extraction and isolation methods of plant polysaccharides.
