泽泻汤加味方治疗高血压80例降压效果临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨泽泻汤加味方对原发性高血压痰湿壅盛型患者降压作用。方法:入选原发性高血压痰湿壅盛型患者80例,随机分为两组,一组给予复代文,另一组给予泽泻汤加味方联合复代文口服治疗,随访28天,观测偶测血压、动态平均血压、夜间血压下降率变化情况。结果:两组偶测血压为较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.01);观察组SBP与对照组SBP第(7、14、21、28)天同期比较均有差异性(P<0.01或P<0.05),观察组DBP与对照组DBP的第(7、21、28天同期比较有差异性(P<0.05)。两组24h平均SBP、DBP水平均治疗前明显下降(P<0.01);观察组与同期对照组比较24)小时平均SBP、DBP、白昼平均DBP、夜晚平均SBP、DBP有差异性(P<0.05),且以观察组为优。观察组夜间血压下降率升高,与同组治疗前及同期对照组比较均有差异性(P<0.05)。结论:泽泻汤加味方具有协同复代文进一步降低原发性高血压痰湿壅盛证型患者偶测血压,使其趋于正常或达到正常值范围作用;能够协同复代文降低原发性高血压痰湿壅盛型患者24h、白昼、夜间平均血压水平;并能一定程度提高夜间血压下降率。Objective： To discuss Zexie Decoction to essential hypertension phlegmatic hygrosis choking type Patient depressurization. Methods：Essential hypertension phlegmatic hygrosis choking type Patient 80 routine, Random to fall into two group one group afford Diovan,another Group afford Zexie Decoction Combine Diovan oral medication,follow-up survey 28 day, Observation by chance measure blood Pressure, consecutive mean blood Pressure Nighttime fall of blood pressure Rate Change Condition.Results：Two groups by chance measure blood Pressure show obvious fell than before treatment （P〈0.01）;observation group SBP with control group SBP 7,14,21,28 day contemporary comparison have diversity （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）, observation group DBP with control group DBP＇ s 7,21,28 day contemporary comparison have diversity （P〈0.05） .Two groups 24h Average SBP, DBP level dramatic decline than before treatment （P〈0.01）;observation group with the same term control group Comparison 24 hour average SBP, DBP, daylight Average DBP, night Average SBP, DBP have diversity （P〈0.05）,and better than observation groupObservation group nighttime fall of blood pressure rate heighten,with before treatment and the same term control group comparison have diversity （P〈0.05）.Conelusion： Zexie Decoction have co-ordinate with Diovan further depress essential hypextension phlegmatic hygrosis choking type Patient by chance measure blood Pressure, tend to normal or reach normal range ;can co-ordinate Diovan depress essential hypertension Zexie Decoction to essential hypertension phlegmatic hygrosis choking type symptoms influence study Patient 24 h,daylight,Nighttime mean blood pressure level ; and can Increase Nighttime fall of blood pressure fall of blood pressure Rate at a certainty Degree.
