摘　　要：目的:检测河南汉族深静脉血栓形成(DVT)患者凝血因子Ⅶ(FⅦ)基因的多态性。方法:采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法检测103例河南汉族DVT患者和250名正常对照者FⅦ基因R353Q、5’F7和IVS7位点的多态性,并进行基因型频率、等位基因频率的比较及单倍型分析。结果:DVT组和对照组R353Q、5’F7基因型频率及等位基因频率差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);2组IVS7基因型频率差异亦无统计学意义(χ2=0.327,P=0.569),DVT组H7等位基因频率(44.7%)低于对照组(51.8%)(χ2=4.112,P=0.043)。结论:FⅦ基因R353Q、5’F7多态性可能不是河南汉族人群DVT发病的遗传学风险因子;IVS7多态的H7等位基因可能是河南汉族人群DVT发病的遗传保护因子。Aim：To study the relationship between coagulation factor Ⅶ（FⅦ）gene polymorphisms and deep venous thrombosis（DVT）in Han population of Henan province.Methods：A totoal of 103 cases with DVT（patient group）and 250 age-and sex-matched healthy subjects（control group）were recruited.The R353Q,5＇F7 and IVS7 polymorphisms of the coagulation FⅦ gene were detected by PCR-RFLP.Genotype frequency and allele frequency between patient group and control group were compared by SPSS software.Haplotype was analyzed by SHEsis software.Results：There were no significant difference in the genotype frequencies of R353Q or 5＇F7 gene polymorphisms（P〈0.05）.But the IVS7/H7 allele frequency of patient group was significantly lower than that of control（44.7% vs 51.8%,χ^2=4.112,P=0.043）.Conclusion：The R353Q and 5＇F7 polymorphisms are not associated with Henan Han population with deep venous thrombosis.The IVS7/H7 polymorphism of the factor Ⅶ gene may be protective genetic factor against deep venous thrombosis in Han population of Henan province.
