摘  要:目的了解生物质气化降氟炉的设计原理及主要技术指标,评价使用效果,为在燃煤型氟中毒病区推广应用提供科学依据。方法调查生物质气化炉的设计原理和主要技术指标及产品实验数据。随机抽取142户居民调查使用生物质气化炉前后用煤量、用柴量、炊事时间,计算平均值。结果生物质气化炉平均用煤量、用柴量分别为7.92、11.20 kg/d,与传统烤火炉相比分别减少45.42%、57.74%,炊事时间减少0.45 h/d。结论生物质气化炉有低碳、节能减排、热效率高、散热均匀、安全、操作简单、使用寿命长等优点,能有效降低病区群众受燃煤型氟中毒危害,在中、高山燃煤型氟中毒病区具有推广应用价值。Objective To understand design principles and the main technical indicators of the biomass gasification furnace,evaluate the using results in the burning-coal fluorosis areas,and provide the scientific basis for the promotion.Methods The design principles of biomass gasification furnace were investigated including the main technical specifications and product test data.142 households were randomly selected to investigate the volume with coal,volume with firewood,cooking time,calculating the average before and after using biomass gasification furnace.Results The average coal capacity and diesel of biomass gasification furnace was 7.92 kg/ d and 11.2 kg/d,which reduced 45.42% and 57.74%,shortened the cooking time 0.45 h/d compared with the traditional roast stove.Conclusion The biomass gasification furnace has characteristics of lower fluoride energy,high thermal efficiency,heat uniformity,safety,simple operation and long life,it can reduce the endemic fluorosis damage for the mass.Ward has the application value in the middle and high mountains.
