摘 要:目的检测、评价某机械公司职业病危害因素及防护措施效果。方法依据《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》进行现场调查和工程分析,识别生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素的种类及环节,并进行检测。结果该公司生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素:有毒物质(锰及其化合物)、粉尘(电焊烟尘)、物理因素(噪声)。经现场测试,有毒物质STEL为0.050~0.062 mg/m3、CTMA为0.019~0.023 mg/m3,粉尘CSTEL为2.7~4.7 mg/m3、CTWA为2.0~3.5 mg/m3,噪声为73.3~82.9 dB(A)。结论该公司职业病防护措施是科学和有效的。Objective To detect and evaluate occupational hazards and occupational preventive measures on a machinery company.Methods According to related national standards,field investigation and engineering analysis were applied to identify the categories and links of occupational hazards in the production process.Results The main occupational hazard factors were toxic substance(manganese and its compound),dust(welding fumes)and physical factor(noise).After the field testing,C STEL and C TWA for toxic substance were 0.050-0.062 mg/m^3 and 0.019-0.023 mg/m^3,C STEL and C TWA for dust were 2.7-4.7 mg/m^3 and 2.0-3.5 mg/m^3,intensity of noise was 73.3-82.9 dB(A).Conclusion Occupational protective measures are science and effective in the company.
