摘  要:研究了新型格栅填料内件汽提器的流态化特性及汽提效率。冷模试验结果表明,两种格栅内构件床层内气泡分布比较均匀,床层内催化剂流动平稳。汽提器操作气速控制在0.1~0.3m/s范围内,两种格栅内件汽提器的汽提效率均达到95%。工业应用结果表明,汽提蒸汽用量较挡板式汽提器降低20%以上,焦炭中氢质量分数为6%~7%。The fluidization characteristics in the stripper of new grid packings and stripping efficiency are studied. The results of the cold run show that the gas bubbles in the stripper beds with two types of packings are well distributed and catalyst flow in the bed is stable. When the operating gas velocity in the stripper is controlled at 0.1 -0.3 m/s, the stripping efficiency of the strippers with two types of packings is over 95%. The commercial application demonstrates that the stripping steam requirement is over 20% lower than that of baffle stripper.
