摘 要:对实际再生器的烧炭机理进行了深入的研究,建立了连续重整动态烧炭模型,模型预测与工况实测吻合较好。在此模型的基础上,利用C^(++)语言开发了连续重整烧炭区工艺过程数学模拟程序包。此程序包可以对4种再生器烧炭区工艺过程进行模拟计算,此模拟程序包已在国产重整装置投料试车现场得到应用。The coke burning reaction mechanisms in commercial continuous catalytic reforming regenerator were studied in detail. A dynamic coke burning model of continuous catalytic reforming regenerator was established. The predicted result of the model was in good conformity with the measured commercial data. Thus, the process simulation program package for the coke burning zone in continuous catalytic reforming regenerator was developed by C ~ ~ programming language, which could simulate the coke burning zone process for four types of regenerators. The process simulation program package has been successfully applied in the commissioning of regenerator in commercial unit.
