摘　　要：目的加强对临床科室的监管,保证核心制度的贯彻执行。方法应用PDCA循环在科室检查及网上病历实时监控时发现并解决三级医师查房制度、交接班制度执行中存在的问题。结果经过3～4个PDCA循环后病历记录合格率达到95%以上。结论应用PDCA循环不断纠正临床科室在制度执行中存在的问题,以此保证制度执行到位,促进医疗质量持续改进。Objective To strengthen the supervision on clinical departments to ensure the implementation of core system.Method By applying PDCA circulation during ward inspection and online medical record inspection,find and solve the existing problems related to the two core systems-the system of physician＇s examination in three levels and hand over system.Results After 3 to 4 PDCA cycle,the pass rate reached above 95%.Conclusion After introducing PDCA circulation method,the implementation of core system is secured and the medical quality is improved.
