摘　　要：充分利用信息化监控手段,对终末病案归档时间、运行病历完成时限、住院病案首页等进行检查,所有检查结果同时按科室和医生进行统计并公布,有效避免了单纯人工检查存在的问题,减轻了人力成本,提高了质量监控的准确性,提升了医院病历质量和医疗内涵质量。To exam the terminal medical records filing time,the time limit for completion of medical records,and the front sheet of medical records by information technology control methods.All the results announce based on medical statistics of departments and doctors.These methods can avoid the problem of manual inspection,reduce the labor costs,improve the accuracy of quality control and the quality of medical records and medical content quality.
