摘　　要：目的将数字影像病案与电子病案系统进行整合,以形成一份信息完整的病案供各方使用。方法基于C/S架构,结合SQL Server的查询功能和网络文件共享的应用,实现了电子病案与数字影像病案之间的接口。结果通过本系统,使用者可在电子病案系统浏览到病案的全部信息。结论本系统能为临床提供完整的病案信息,有效地实现了病案信息的服务。Objective To integrate digital image medical records and electronic medical records system for forming complete medical records providing for different people.Methods Based on C/S structure,combing SQL Server inquiry function and network document sharing application to achieve the interface between electronic medical records and digital image medical records.Result Through this system,the user can access to the whole information of medical records in electronic medical records system.Conclusion This system can provide complete medical records information to clinical department which achieve effectively medical records information service.
