单病种住院费用调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的通过对四种单病种住院费用的分析,进一步了解影响医疗费用的因素,为合理控制医疗费用的过快增长提供参考。方法采用Logistic回归分析,对2005年-2009年四个病种1879例病例进行住院费用的影响因素分析。结果年龄、住院天数为四个病种的共同影响因素。结论控制住院费用需要卫生行政部门、医疗机构、医疗保险机构等多方面的共同努力。Objective through analyzing four mono-disease hospitalization expenses to know further influencing factors of medical expenses and to offer references for controlling reasonably too-fast-increasing medical expenses.Methods to analyze hospitalization expenses influencing factors of 1879 cased of four mono-diseases from 2005 to 2009 by applying logistic regressive analysis.Result the ages and the hospitalization days are the common influencing factors of these four mono-diseases.Conclusions it requires joint efforts of health administrative departments medical institutions and medical insurance organizations to control hospitalization expenses.
