推拿疗法配合中药配方颗粒敷脐治疗小儿湿热泻的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察推拿疗法配合中药配方颗粒敷脐治疗小儿湿热泻的临床疗效。方法将62例小儿腹泻病患儿随机分为治疗组30例、对照组32例。治疗组给予推拿治疗,并应用中药配方颗粒敷脐治疗;对照组给予口服苍苓止泻口服液,并予蒙脱石散及培菲康口服辅助治疗。观察2组临床总疗效及大便次数、大便性状、呕吐、腹痛、腹胀、厌食、发热、脱水、肛门红、小便黄等症状体征的疗效。结果治疗组临床总疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。在改善大便次数、大便性状、腹痛、腹胀、肛门红方面治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。在改善呕吐、厌食、发热、脱水、小便黄方面2组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论推拿配合中药敷脐治疗小儿湿热泻具有较好疗效。Objective To observe the curative effect of massage therapy and umbilical dressing of Chinese formula granules on infantile damp-heat diarrhea.Method All infantile cases（n=62） were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=30） and control group（n=32）.The treatment group was treated with massage therapy and umbilical dressing of Chinese formula granules,and the control group was treated with Changlingzhixie Oral Solution,Mengtuoshi Powder and Bifico Capsules orally.The total curative effects in two groups on the symptoms and signs were observed.Result The total curative effect was better in the treatment group than that in the control group（P0.05）.The effects on stool times and characters,abdominal pain and distention,and red anus were better in the treatment group than those in the control group（P0.05）,but there was not difference in relieving some symptoms including vomit,poor appetite,fever,dehydration and yellowish urine（P0.05）.Conclusion The massage therapy and umbilical dressing of Chinese formula granules has a good curative effect on infantile damp-heat diarrhea.
