摘　　要：目的:调查解放军总医院东病房楼住院患者2005—2007年抗肿瘤药应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法:统计抗肿瘤药的使用品种、消耗数量、用药金额,计算用药频率(DDDs)和日均用药费用(DDC),分析抗肿瘤药的应用现状。结果:我院东病房楼住院患者2005—2007年应用抗肿瘤药7大亚类71个品种,用药金额、DDDs总体呈上升趋势,3年中其他抗肿瘤药及辅助治疗药在用药金额、DDDs和品种数3项指标上都位居首位,中药抗肿瘤药的用药金额和DDDs逐年上升,多西他赛的用药金额3年来稳居榜首。结论:我院抗肿瘤药的用药现状符合当前国内该类药品消耗总趋势,使用情况基本合理。OBJECTIVE：To investigate the drug use of the antitumor drugs between 2005 and 2007 in the inpatients from east ward building in our hospital so as to provide references for clinical rational drug use.METHODS：The data on the categories,consumption quantity and consumption sum of the antitumor drugs were collected;the DDDs and DDC were computed and the status quo of the utilization of the antitumor drugs was analyzed.RESULTS：From 2005 to 2007,7 subcategories（71 kinds） of antitumor drugs were used by the inpatients from the east ward building in our hospital,showing a general increasing trend in both consumption sum and DDDs.The other antitumor drugs and adjunctive drugs took the lead in consumption sum,DDDs and the number of categories.The consumption sum and DDDs of antitumor traditional Chinese medicines increased year by year.Docetaxel took the lead steadily in term of consumption sum in 3 years.CONCLUSION：The drug use of antitumor drugs in our hospital is rational basically and it is in conformity with the general consumption tendency of this kind of drugs in China.
