不同厂家复方丹参片的三七皂苷R_1含量比较研究

摘　　要：目的:以三七皂苷R1含量为指标,对不同厂家复方丹参片进行质量评价。方法:采用PhenomenexC18柱(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈(A)和水(B)为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温25℃,检测波长203 nm,进样量10μL。结果:不同厂家复方丹参片中三七皂苷R1含量差别较大。结论:复方丹参片中三七皂苷R1含量测定方法重复性较好,可提供复方丹参片中三七质量控制依据;市场中流通的复方丹参片三七含量存在较大差异。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the quality of Compound Danshen Tablets from different manufacturers by taking the content of Notoginsenoside R1 as index.METHODS： Phenomenex C18 Column（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） was used with Acetonitrile（A） and water（B） used as the mobile phase for gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1,column temperature of 25℃,detection wavelength of 203 nm,and sample size of 10 μL.RESULTS： There was great variability in the content of Notoginsenoside R1 in Compound Danshen Tablets from different manufacturers.CONCLUSION： The determination method of the content of Notoginsenoside R1 in Compound Danshen Tablets is reproducible and it provides evidences for the quality control of Radix Notoginseng in Compound Danshen Tablets.There is a great variability in the content of Radix Notoginseng in Compound Danshen Tablets available on the market.
