摘  要:基于南京德基广场二期工程地下连续墙施工,阐述了超深逆作法穿土嵌岩地下连续墙的施工技术和关键质量控制技术。结合场地地层特点与逆作法施工特点,从穿软土嵌硬岩的成槽方法、超长钢筋笼及逆作预埋件制作与吊装、槽段接头防渗措施、成槽垂直度与槽底沉渣控制等多方面进行技术攻关。施工实践表明,针对性选用土层和岩层成槽设备解决了超深穿软土嵌硬岩的成槽难题;采用逆作预埋件定位、成槽超声波仪垂直度检测、柔性圆形锁口管接头与旋喷结合、电阻仪槽底沉渣厚度检测与后压浆等措施,既保证了墙体质量,又满足了逆作法施工要求,起到了防水、挡土作用与地下室外墙的功能。Diaphragm wall is used in second stage of Nanjing Deji Plaza.According to this project,technologies for super-deep reverse diaphragm wall crossing soft soil and imbedding rock and key quality control are introduced.Combined with characteristics of layers and reverse construction method,key technical problems were researched in all directions,including grooving method of crossing soft soil and imbedding rock,fabrication and lifting of over length steel reinforcement cage and embedded part,anti-seepage measures for slotted line joint,controlling of grooving verticality and sediment etc.Engineering practices show that the targeted grooving equipments solve difficulties of super-deep crossing soft soil and imbedding rock successfully.The measures,such as location of embedded part,grooving verticality testing by ultrasonoscope,jet grouting combined with flexible circular fore shaft pipe,thickness detection of sediment by resistance dynamometer,post grouting etc,not only guaranteed quality of diaphragm wall,but also satisfied requirements of reverse construction method.Diaphragm walls have played a part in waterproofing,earth-retaining and being basement exterior walls.
