膨胀密封胶及全断面注浆管在地下工程中的应用

摘　　要：对常州客运中心预留地铁站房工程中施工缝的施工处理措施进行研究,介绍了所使用的膨胀密封胶和全断面注浆管防水技术。工程完成后发现局部存在渗水现象,对渗水原因进行分析。同时指出对于多雨地区,地面施工环境复杂的项目,以及施工单位缺乏相应施工管理经验的工程,应针对实际工况调整施工方案,设计中也可以考虑采用膨胀密封胶和止水钢板相结合的方法。The processing measures of construction joint are studied in underground engineering of Changzhou Passenger Center.The technology of expansive sealant and full face injection pipe are introduced.When construction is completed,it is found that there are leakages in part of the joint,and the causes are analyzed.The results show that the waterproof construction plan should be adjusted in the engineering such as high-rainfall area,complicated subaerial construction environment,and construction organizations which are inexperienced.It suggests that sealing steel doors combined with expansive sealant could be considered in design.
