摘  要:CCTV主楼组合楼板面积约30万m2,根据组合楼板在节点设计和施工的特殊性以及防火性能要求,介绍压型钢板外观尺寸确定、屈服强度设计和表面防腐处理,对组合楼板的允许承载力进行分析,同时进行组合楼板的耐火设计和典型节点设计和施工。结果表明,通过深化设计和周密施工组织,工程按期完成,保证了施工质量和安全。The area of composite slabs is up to 30 million square meters in CCTV main building.Based on the particularity of joint design and construction in composite slabs,and requirements of fireproof performance,some technologies are introduced including outer size determination of profiled steel sheet,design of yield strength and treatment of surface anticorrosion.Besides,allowable bearing force of composite slab is designed.Fire-resistant design is done.Therefore,design and construction of typical joints are put forward.The results show that the engineering is accomplished by adopting detail design and careful construction organization,which can ensure the quality and safety of construction.
