摘　　要：随着新材料、新技术的不断涌现,《屋面工程技术规范》GB50345—2004已不能再适合工程需要。鉴于此,为适应屋面工程技术的发展需要,《屋面工程技术规范》GB50345重新修订,并已在专业审查会上通过。介绍屋面防水等级、设防要求、防水层合理使用年限等方面的修订工作。结果表明,修订后的规范应用覆盖面广,具有实用性,可产生良好的经济效益和社会效益。With the emergence of new material and new technology,the Technical Code for Roof Engineering GB50345—2004 can’t satisfy the demands of engineering.Thus,the code is revised to accord with technology development.Now,the revision has been reviewed at professional committee.The revised contents are introduced,including roof waterproof grade,fortification requirements and reasonable use of waterproof layer.The results show that the revised code with practicality can be used widely.Besides,the economic benefits and social benefits are gained.
