风洞实验室异形清水混凝土板墙施工技术

摘　　要：由于风洞试验对试验环境要求严格,使其对清水混凝土板墙的施工质量要求较高;同时,该墙体属于空间变截面异形结构,也使得施工难度增加。采用不同的模板及混凝土浇筑方案,充分利用现有模板支撑形式,合理设置施工缝位置,以确保外墙异形清水混凝土凹凸肌理设计效果、流道几何尺寸以及工程质量的实现。For the environment requirement of wind tunnel test is very strict,high construction quality of fair-faced concrete wall is necessary.The special-shaped wall means more difficulties for construction.Different templates and concrete pouring schemes are applied.And existing support systems are adopted to make special-shaped wall construction joints reasonable.Finally,the design bump texture effect of fair-faced concrete,the geometry size and quality of main diffusion section of flow are ensured.
