预拌混凝土早期收缩估算公式的探讨

摘　　要：针对混凝土早期裂缝问题,对预拌混凝土进行早期收缩试验,确定试验使用装置、原材料和配合比,并制作试件进行早期收缩测量。对试件进行试验,得到龄期与混凝土应变的关系,并对试验结果进行分析。总结收缩发展初值阶段和收缩发展相对减缓两阶段特征,提出自由收缩估算建议公式。结果表明,建议公式计算值与实测值吻合较好。To resolve the problem of concrete early cracks,the test on early shrinkage of ready-mixed concrete is done.Firstly,the equipment,materials and mix proportion are decided.Secondly,the specimens are made to test early shrinkage.Lastly,the relation of age and concrete strain is concluded.The characteristics of two shrinkage steps are put forward.And the suggested formula is formulated to estimate the concrete free shrinkage.The result shows that the estimated values and tested values are coincident.
