摘　　要：本文介绍了生物信息学的原理、应用和前景以及我们应采取的对策。生物信息学是计算机科学、数学和生物学界面的一门多学科的综合性学科。它广泛应用于基因序列数据的获取、处理、分析，蛋白质结构功能的预测，人类基因组计划的实施，药物的设计、合成的制作，Internet数据的共享与集成，将成为信息时代倍受关注的新型产业的支撑点。This paper describes the principles, application and prospect of bioinformatics and the counter measures we should take. Bioinformatics is a new interdiscipline at interface of computer science,mathematics and biology. Bioinforrnatics is widely used in the acquiring, processing and analysing of gene sequence data;Prediction of the structure and function of protein; conducting of Human Genome Project - HGP ; design, synthesis and manufacturing of structured - dased drugs;sharing and intergration of Internet resources- It now becomes the starting point of information industry.
