姜黄及片姜黄中姜黄素在大鼠体内药动学过程的比较

摘　　要：目的:考察姜黄及片姜黄提取物中姜黄素在大鼠体内药动学过程的差异,为姜黄及片姜黄的应用提供依据。方法:SD大鼠分别灌胃给予姜黄及片姜黄提取物,HPLC法测定大鼠血浆中姜黄素的血药浓度,采用3P97药动学软件计算药动学参数。结果:大鼠灌胃给予姜黄及片姜黄提取物后,姜黄素的药-时曲线符合一房室模型;灌胃给予姜黄提取物后姜黄素Cmax为片姜黄提取物的1.76倍,AUC为2.09倍。结论:大鼠灌胃给予姜黄及片姜黄提取物后,2种提取物中姜黄素药动学参数存在明显差异。Objective：To compare the pharmacokinetics of cureumin extracted from Rhizoma Curcumae Longe and Rhizoma Wenyujin Coneisum in rats. Methods ： Sprague Dawley rats were administrated extracts of Rhizoma Curcumae Longae and Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated with 3P97 program. Resuhs：The plasma concentration-time curves of eurcumin that extracted from Rhizoma Cureumae Longae and Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum were fitted with one-compartment model respectively. The AUC and Cmax of curcumin extracted from Rhizoma Curcumae Longae were much greater than of extracted from Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum. Conclusion ：There were significantly difference in pharmaeokinetic parameters of cureumin in Rhizoma Cureumae Longae and Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum in rats.
