摘  要:目的:考察姜黄及片姜黄提取物中姜黄素在大鼠体内药动学过程的差异,为姜黄及片姜黄的应用提供依据。方法:SD大鼠分别灌胃给予姜黄及片姜黄提取物,HPLC法测定大鼠血浆中姜黄素的血药浓度,采用3P97药动学软件计算药动学参数。结果:大鼠灌胃给予姜黄及片姜黄提取物后,姜黄素的药-时曲线符合一房室模型;灌胃给予姜黄提取物后姜黄素Cmax为片姜黄提取物的1.76倍,AUC为2.09倍。结论:大鼠灌胃给予姜黄及片姜黄提取物后,2种提取物中姜黄素药动学参数存在明显差异。Objective:To compare the pharmacokinetics of cureumin extracted from Rhizoma Curcumae Longe and Rhizoma Wenyujin Coneisum in rats. Methods : Sprague Dawley rats were administrated extracts of Rhizoma Curcumae Longae and Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated with 3P97 program. Resuhs:The plasma concentration-time curves of eurcumin that extracted from Rhizoma Cureumae Longae and Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum were fitted with one-compartment model respectively. The AUC and Cmax of curcumin extracted from Rhizoma Curcumae Longae were much greater than of extracted from Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum. Conclusion :There were significantly difference in pharmaeokinetic parameters of cureumin in Rhizoma Cureumae Longae and Rhizoma Wenyujin Concisum in rats.
