摘　　要：[目的]探讨腰痹痛煎剂合针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。[方法]选择腰椎间盘突出症100例应用腰痹痛煎剂合针灸治疗,观察治疗效果。[结果]疼痛症状均消失或减轻,总有效率达到98%。[结论]腰痹痛煎剂合针灸是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种安全可靠的治疗方法。[ Objective] To explore the effect of pefc waist pain decoction and acupuncture in treating the intervertebral disc disease. [ Methods ] Select 100 patients of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc with waist pain decoction and acupuncture treatment , observation treatment result. [Results] Use the pefc waist pain decoction and acupuncture treatment of 100 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, total effective rate was 98%. [Conclusion] the pefc waist pain decoction and acupuncture treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is a safe and reliable treatments.
