摘　　要：[目的]观察补肾蠲痹汤对膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。[方法]采用分组对照试验,观察口服补肾蠲痹汤和盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗KOA后的临床改善指数及不良反应,并进行统计学比较。[结果]治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补肾蠲痹汤对早中期KOA有明显疗效。[ Objective] Kidney Juanbi decoction on knee osteoarthritis （KOA） the clinical efficacy. [Method] Group controlled trial, oral administration of kidney Juanbi observed soup and capsules of glucosamine hydrochloride clinical improvement after treatment KOA index and adverse reactions, and statistically compared. [ Results] The efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （ P 〈0. 05）. [ Conclusion] Kidney Juanbi decoction on early and mid -KOA significant effect.
