摘　　要：采用FS粉取代煤粉配制高压造型线用型砂。两年多的生产使用结果表明,型砂的含泥量和水分降低、湿拉强度提高,因而铸件夹砂、冲砂、粘砂等缺陷减少。此外,由于粉尘较少,生产条件和工作环境也得到改善。The FS powder was used to substitute the coal dust for preparing mould sand used for high pressure moulding line,and the result of application for more than two years showed that the clay content and moisture of the moulding sand was reduced,the green tensile strength was increased,and therefore,the casing defects such as scabbing,sand wash and burn-on,etc.was also reduced.In addition,since the FS powder has less dust,the production condition and working environment was improved.
