摘 要:以经60Co γ射线辐照处理过的‘巴西蕉’(Musa AAA Cavendish)未成熟雄花为外植体进行愈伤组织诱导,以获得的胚性愈伤组织为起始材料建立胚性细胞悬浮系(ECS),然后通过体胚发生途径进行植株再生,测定辐照处理对ECS植株再生能力的影响。结果表明:20~80Gy的辐照处理能显著提高未成熟雄花的胚性愈伤组织诱导率;3个月后从获得的胚性愈伤组织成功建立了质地良好、具有较高植株再生能力的ECS;类似地,20~80Gy的辐照处理也能显著提高‘巴西蕉’ECS的植株再生能力。这表明一定剂量的辐照处理能提高‘巴西蕉’的体细胞胚发生率。Immature male flowers from 60↑Coγrays irradiated ‘Baxijiao’(Musa AAA Cavendish) were selected as explants for callus induction,followed by establishment of embryogenic cell suspension(ECS) and plant regeneration via somatic embryogenesis.The effect of irradiation on the plant regeneration capacity of ECS was also studied.The results showed that the irradiation doses of 20 to 80Gy could significantly increase embryogenic callus induction frequency.After 3 months selection and subculture,good ECS with high regeneration capacity were obtained.Similarly,20 to 80Gy irradiation could also significantly increase the plant regeneration capacity of the ECS,which suggested that low dose irradiation was good for somatic embryogenesis of ‘Baxijiao’.
