摘　　要：目的探讨家属参与护理干预对乳腺癌患者术后生活质量的影响。方法选择2008年1月-2009年12月乳腺癌术后患者42例为对照组,选择同期42例患者为实验组。对照组采用常规护理,实验组在此基础上实施家属参与护理干预,比较两组患者的生活质量评分。结果实施家属参与护理干预2个月后,实验组生活质量评分明显高于实施前,且明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论家属参与护理干预能提高乳腺癌患者术后生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of family＇s participation in the nursing intervention on the quality of life （QOL） of breast cancer patients after operation. Methods 84 breast cancer patients after operation from January 2008 to December 2009 were assigned into the intervention group and the control group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the intervention group family participation in nursing intervention. After two months, the intervention effect was compared, Result The scores by QOL after intervention were significantly higher than that before intervention in the intervention group and that in the control group （all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The family participation in nursing intervention is positive for the enhancement of QOL for breast cancer patients after operation.
