摘 要:目的探讨急危重症专科护士的培养模式,为临床培养急危重症专科护士提供依据。方法 2008年6月,本院建立急诊-重症科一体化护理管理模式,并根据模式对急危重症护士进行培训,比较培训前后专科护士的核心能力、患者满意度及护士抢救患者的成功率。结果培训后护士的专科护理理论、护理技术、临床护理综合能力得分高于培训前(均P<0.05);患者满意度及护士抢救患者的成功率高于培训前(均P<0.05)。结论急诊-重症科一体化护理管理模式能有效促进急危重症专科护士核心能力的培养,有利于提高护士抢救患者的成功率及患者对护理工作的满意度。Objective To investigate a mode for training professional nurses. Methods An nursing management mode for emergencyintensive care integration was established. The nurses were trained based on the mode. The core abilities were compared between pre- and posttraining. Results The scores in special nursing ability, nursing skills and integrated ability in clinical nursing after training were higher than those before training (P 〈 0.05). The rate of patient's satisfaction with nurses and the success rate for rescue after training were both higher than those before training (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The nursing management mode for emergency-intensive care integration is beneficial not only for promoting the training of core abilities, but also for the raise of success rate for rescue and the satisfaction degree.
