摘 要:目的探讨变革理论在护理技术操作培训中的运用方法和效果。方法调查影响护理操作技术培训效果的障碍因素,运用变革理论原理对护理技术操作培训的时间、方法和考核方式等进行改进。并比较改进护理技术操作培训方法前后患者对护理操作的满意度和护士护理操作考核成绩的差异。结果改进护理技术培训方法后患者对护理操作的满意度为95.0%(190/200),护士护理操作考核成绩为(95.65±2.64)分,改进前患者满意度为85.0%(170/200),护士护理操作考核成绩为(90.24±3.21)分,改进前后比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论变革理论在护理技术操作培训中的运用,排除了影响护理操作培训效果的制约力,提高了护理操作培训的驱动力,使护理操作培训更加规范和广泛,从而有效提高护理质量。Objective To investigate the effect of transformation theory on trainings of nursing skills. Methods The factors that hinder the effectiveness of nursing operation trainings were investigated, followed hy improving the training time, methods, and examinations by way of transformation theory. The patients' satisfaction with nursing operation and nurses' performance before and after the trainings were compared. Results After the trainings, 95.0% of the patients were satisfied with nursing operation (190/200) and nurses' performance by score reached (95.65± 2.64). Before the trainings, 85.0% of the patients were satisfied with nursing operation (170/200) and nurses' performance was (90.24 ± 3.21 ). There were significant differences between pre- and post-trainings (p 〈 0.05). Conclusion The transformation theory is useful for regulating nursing operation trainings and improving nursing quality because it can eliminate the constraints and strengthen their incentive for nursing operation trainings.
