摘 要:用离子性改性药剂改性磁铁矿粉,再用非离子性改性剂聚乙二醇-4000(PEG-4000)进行二次包覆,提高磁铁矿粉表面疏水性.结果表明,油酸钠和PEG-4000使磁铁矿粉表面由亲水性变为疏水性,以油酸钠作改性剂,最佳改性条件为:80℃,30 min,2%改性剂用量,20%矿浆浓度;以PEG-4000作改性剂,最佳改性条件为:40℃,30 min,2%改性剂用量,20%矿浆浓度.改性后磁铁矿粉临界水分可由0.5%提高到0.8%.以改性磁铁矿粉作为加重质,形成的流化床具有良好的分选性能,采用6~13 mm原煤,分选密度为1.57 g/cm3时,可能偏差E值达0.068.The ionic modification agent was used to modify magnetite powder,and the nonionic modification agent polyethylene glycol-4000(PEG-4000) was used to coat the modified magnetite powder.The results show that the hydrophobicity of modified magnetite powder was improved obviously.The optimal modification conditions treated at 80 ℃ for 30 minutes with a dosage of 2% and pulp concentration of 20% were achieved using sodium oleate as agent,and that treated at 40 ℃ for 30 minutes with a dosage of 2% and pulp concentration of 20% were also achieved using PEG-4000 as agent.The critical surface moisture of modified magnetite powder was allowed from 0.5% to 0.8%.The fluidized bed using modified magnetite powder as medium solids is of good separating performance with E value of 0.068 for the 6-13 mm feedstock under separating density of 1.57 g/cm3.
