摘  要:建立了高速圆柱滚子轴承非线性动力学分析数学模型,并采用Newton-Raphson法对该模型进行求解,得到滚子轴承动态性能参数;分析了轴承在不同径向载荷作用下,不同角位置处滚子自转速度变化规律,得出滚子与套圈滚道间最小油膜厚度和接触载荷的分布情况.结果表明:轴承在转速一定时,随着径向载荷的增大,受载滚子数增多;较小的径向载荷导致受载区滚子打滑较严重,自转速度较低;受载区滚子与内圈滚道间最小油膜厚度小于与外圈滚道间最小油膜厚度.通过与大型分析软件SHABERTH算例计算结果进行对比和试验验证,表明对高速圆柱滚子轴承动态特性分析的方法准确可靠,简单合理,便于工程实际应用.A nonlinear dynamic mathematical model of high speed cylindrical rolle r bearing was presented.Newton-Raphson method was used to solve the model,and th e dynamic performance parameters of roller bearing were obtained.Under different radial loads,the variations of the rollers' rotational speeds were discussed.T he distributions of minimum oil-film thicknesses and contact loads between rolle rs and raceways were obtained.The results show that the number of loaded rollers increases with the increasing radial load at certain speed,and smaller radial l oad could lead to serious slippage and lower rotational speeds of rollers in loa ding region.The minimum oil-film thickness between each roller and inner raceway is thinner than that between each roller and outer raceway in loading region.By comparing with the results of a calculation example of large-scale analysis sof tware "SHABERTH" and verification test,it shows that the analysis method on dyn amic characteristics of high speed cylindrical roller bearing in this paper is n ot only accurate and reliable,but also simple and suitable to engineering applic ations.
