摘 要:目的:建立果蔬中31种农药残留的快速分析方法。方法:采用改进的QuEChERS前处理方法和GPC-GC-MS在线联用系统,快速测定果蔬中有机磷、氨基甲酸酯、拟除虫菊酯、有机氯等共31种农药的残留量。结果:31种农药分离效果较好;方法检出限(S/N≥3)为0.01μg/kg^0.83μg/kg;平均回收率为72%~110%;相对标准偏差为1.6%~10%。结论:该方法具有灵敏度高、精密度好、准确度高、操作便捷、分析周期短的优点,可以满足同时测定蔬菜水果中多种农药残留的检测要求。Objective:To establish a method for determination of 31 pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.Methods: Modified QuEChERS pretreatment method and a on-line GPC-GC-MS system were used for the rapid determination of 31 pesticide residues including organophosphorus,organochlorine,carbamate and pyrethroid etc.Results: The 31 pesticides were well separated and the detection limits of the method were 0.01 μg/kg~0.83 μg/kg,the recoveries were 72%~110% and the relative standard deviations were 1.6%~10%.Conclusion: The good sensitivity,precision,accuracy,simple operation and short analytical period of this method could satisfy the requirement of simultaneous determination of various pesticide residues.
