摘  要:目的:建立能同时检测水中三种微囊藻毒素(MC-RR、MC-YR、MC-LR)的高效液相色谱分析法。方法:水样经固相萃取柱富集、净化,甲醇洗脱,氮吹浓缩,以乙腈-水(含0.06%三氟乙酸)38∶62为流动相,经C18柱分离,238 nm波长检测。结果:三种藻毒素在0.25 mg/L^2.50 mg/L均有良好的线性,其相关系数均大于0.9995;回收率在83.0%~89.1%;RSD均小于5.0%。结论:该法灵敏度高、操作简便、准确,适用于水中微囊藻毒素的检测。Objective:To establish a method for the simulataneous determination of three microcystins(MCs)(MC-RR,MC-YR,MC-LR)in water by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods: MCs in water were enriched and purified by solid phase extraction,eluated by methanol,the eluate was concentrated by N2 gas.The HPLC separation was carried out with C18 column by UV at 238nm using acetonitrile-water(include 0.06%TFA) as mobil phase.Results: The three MCs in the range of 0.25 mg/L^2.50 mg/L had a good linear relation with correlation coefficient more than 0.9995.The recoveries were 83.0%~89.1% for the three MCs and RSDs were less than 5.0%.Conclusion: This method was found to be sensitive,accurate to determine trace MCs in water.
