摘 要:目的:建立氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定工作场所空气中锡及其化合物的方法,并与火焰原子吸收光谱法进行比较。方法:将样品分为两组,根据两种方法的要求分别进行消化和测定,将测定结果进行比较。结果:原子荧光光谱法的测定范围为1.0μg/L^200μg/L,检出限为1.0μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.8%~3.2%,加标回收率为90.8%~105.5%;原子吸收光谱法的测定范围为0.9μg/m l^160μg/m l,检出限为0.9μg/m l,相对标准偏差为0.6%~3.3%,加标回收率为91.0%~102.0%。结论:原子荧光光谱法也适用于测定工作场所空气中锡及其化合物。与原子吸收光谱法相比,样品前处理简单省时,测定快速,灵敏度高,干扰少。Objective:To establish a method of hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS) to determine tin and its compounds in air of workplace,and to compare it with flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).Methods: Divided into two groups,the samples were determined by HG-AFS and FAAS after being digested according to the different requirement of the two methods,then the results were compared.Results: The measurement range of HG-AFS is 1.0 μg/L^200 μg/L,the RSD is 0.8%~3.2%,the recovery rate is 90.8%~105.5%,and the detection limit is 1.0 μg/L;While the measurement range of FAAS is 0.9 μg/ml^160 μg/ml,the RSD is 0.6%~3.3%,the recovery rate is 91.0%~102.0%,and the detection limit is 0.9 μg/ml.Conclusion: The HG-AFS method can be also used to determine tin and its compounds in air of workplace.Compared with FAAS method,the HG-AFS needs less determination time,and it has higher sensitivity,less interferences.
