摘 要:目的:探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)在早产儿院内感染中的动态变化及应用。方法:住院190例早产儿(≤35周)院内感染监测中,动态检测其在病程1 d、3 d、7 d、10 d CRP水平。结果:发生院内感染早产儿病程初期CRP明显增高,3 d左右达最高峰,与对照组相比,有显著差异(P<0.01)。经有效治疗后CRP开始下降,7 d左右仍高于正常,与对照组相比,有显著差异(P<0.05)。有效治疗10 d后,CRP基本降至正常,与对照组相比无显著差异。结论:早产儿CRP的动态变化能更敏感地监测到院内感染的发生,对其诊断具较高临床价值。Objective:To study the clinical effect of CRP on dynamic monitoring of nosocomial infection in preterm newborns.Methods: 190 newborns of less than 35 weeds′gestational age in our hospital were involved in the study,the concentration of CPR at 1 d、3 d、7 d、10 d during the course of disease were examined.Results: There were obviously increased concentration of CRP in preterm infants with defined nosocomial infection in the early stage,and CRP level reached a maximum at 3 d,which was significantly higher compared with normal controls(P0.01),then it decreased at 7 d after effective treatment,but it was still significantly higher compared with normal controls(P0.05).The CRP level decreased to normal range at 10 d after treatment,and there was no significant difference compared with normal controls.Conclusion: The results indicate that the use of dynamic monitoring CRP concentration in preterm infants can increase the sensitivity of nosoeomial infection diagnosis,and it is more effective and worth popularization.
