摘  要:目的:通过陇南茶叶中拟除虫菊酯残留量的检测,对陇南茶叶进行安全性分析。方法:采集陇南地区的3个县区9个产茶乡镇的124份茶叶样品,测定拟除虫菊酯农药残留量,并与外地52份茶叶茶叶样品比对。结果:采集的124份陇南茶叶样品中,拟除虫菊酯检出率由高到低依次是:氯氰菊酯>氰戊菊酯>甲氰菊酯>氯氟氰菊酯>溴氰菊酯;分别是23.4%、16.1%、13.7%、7.3%和0。外省对照组中,分别是55.8%、44.2%、38.5%、21.2%、26.9%。经t检验,陇南茶叶样品总拟除虫聚酯农药检出率小于外省对照茶叶样品检出率。P<0.01,有显著性差异。结论:对陇南茶叶拟除虫菊酯类农药的安全性分析,总体上要好于抽样对照组茶叶。从拟除虫菊酯农药检出率来看,阳坝镇、碧口镇等一些产地的茶叶与浙江龙井等优质茶叶安全性相当,相比之下当地其它茶叶在农残的控制方面还有一定差距。Objective:In order to study the security of Longnan tea,we have detected the residue of Pyrethroids in the tea.Methods: We have collected 124 tea samples from 3 counties,9 rural towns of productive tea of Longnan area,detected the residue of Pyrethroids,Then the results were compared to the tea samples of other productive tea areas.Results: In the collected 124 tea samples,the detection rate of Pyrethroids is Cypermethrin Fenvalerate Fenpropathrin Cyhalothrin Deltamethrin,sequentially,respectively is 23.4%,16.1%,13.7%,7.3 % and 0.While the tea samples of other productive tea areas is 55.8%,44.2%,38.5%,21.2%,26.9%,respectively.Through T test,we found the detection rate of total Pyrethroids in the Longnan tea samples were lower than that of other productive tea areas.When P0.01,the difference is prominent.Conclusion: It proved the analysis of security of Pyrethroids in Longnan tea samples was well than that of the other productive tea areas totally.From the detection rate of total Pyrethroids,we can get the conclusion that the security of the tea produced in Yangba town and Bikou town as well as some high-quality tea as Zhejiang Longjing etc.comparably,the other tea in the local has a great gap in the control of pesticide′s residue.
