摘　　要：目的观察分析老年人社区获得性肺炎的临床特征,以提高诊断和治疗水平。方法回顾性分析100例老年人社区获得性肺炎与100例中青年社区获得性肺炎的临床表现、并发症、治疗转归等特点。结果老年人社区获得性肺炎具有临床表现多样性,不典型性,治疗困难,住院时间长,病死率高(P<0.01)。结论老年人社区获得性肺炎的治疗水平提高的关键是早期诊断与及时治疗。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical characteristics of community-acquired pneumonia in the elderly,in order to improve diagnosis and treatment.Methods This was a retrospective analysis of 100 cases of community acquired pneumonia in the elderly and 100 cases of younger patients.Results The mortality of pneumonia in the elderly was high,the symptoms of respiratory system were atypical and those of the other system may be the main features（P0.01）.Conclusion Improving the prognosis of pneumonia in the elderly relies on early diagnosis and timely accurate treatment.
