N-端B型钠利尿肽、超敏C-反应蛋白质、D-二聚体对2型糖尿病伴颈动脉硬化患者的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨N-端B型钠利尿肽(NT-pro BNP)、超敏C-反应蛋白质(hs-CRP)、D-二聚体对2型糖尿病伴颈动脉硬化患者的预测价值。方法选取我院2008年8月至2010年7月收治的30例糖尿病伴颈动脉硬化患者的临床资料,记为A组,选取同期收治的31例糖尿病无颈动脉硬化患者的临床资料作为对照,记为B组,对两组患者进行NT-pro BNP、超敏C-反应蛋白质、D-二聚体检测,总结NT-pro BNP、超敏-C反应蛋白质、D-二聚体对糖尿病伴颈动脉硬化患者的预测价值。结果 A组患者NT-pro BNP、超敏C-反应蛋白质、D-二聚体含量明显高于B组患者,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者血清NT-pro BNP、超敏C-反应蛋白质、D-二聚体含量与颈动脉硬化有显著相关,是颈动脉硬化的一个独立危险因素,能作为评断颈动脉增厚的有效指标。Objective To investigate the N-end type B sodium diuresis peptide（NT-pro BNP）,allergic C-reaction protein（hs）-CRP,D-dimer in type 2 diabetes patients with carotid atherosclerosis predict value.Methods Select our August 2008 ~ 2010 July drug-induced diabetes 30 cases of patients with carotid atherosclerosis clinical information,recorded as A group,the selection of the same period were 31 patients without diabetes patients with carotid atherosclerosis clinical data as A comparison,notes for group B,two groups of patients for NT-pro BNP,allergic C-reaction protein,D-dimer detection,summarizes NT-pro BNP,allergic-C-reactive protein,D-dimer in diabetic patients with carotid atherosclerosis predict value.Results A group of patients NT-pro BNP,allergic C-reaction protein,D-dimer was obviously higher than that of group B patients,two groups of patients comparative differences are statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions In patients with type 2 diabetes serum NT-pro BNP,allergic C-reaction protein,D-dimer content and carotid atherosclerosis were significantly associated with carotid atherosclerosis,is an independent risk factors,can be used as a judge carotid thickening of effective index.
