摘　　要：目的:探讨规范化护理服务对护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法:在科室推行规范化护理服务:规范护士的职业形象、规范护士服务用语、规范护理流程、规范技术操作流程、规范健康教育。结果:开展规范化护理服务后患者满意度明显提高。结论:规范化护理服务可以提高护理质量,提升患者满意度,树立护理服务品牌。objective：To evaluate the effect of standardized service on the satisfaction of the patients.Methods：To carry out standardized service in my department,which includes：standardized image of nurses,standardized terms of nurses,standardized nursing processes,standardized technical operation processes,standardized healthy educations and so on.Results：After carrying out the standardized service,the satisfaction of the patients have improved obviously.Conclusion：Standardized services can help to improve qualities of nursing services,enhance satisfaction of the patients and form the service brand.
