摘  要:研究蒺藜(Tribulus terrestris L.)果实中呋甾皂苷的分离纯化及结构鉴定,利用各种现代分离技术,包括大孔树脂、硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20、HPLC等技术,从中药蒺藜果中分离出2种呋甾皂苷类成分,并进一步通过现代波谱技术鉴定呋甾皂苷化合物的结构,分别为:25R-5α-呋甾-Δ20(22)-烯-12-酮-3β,26-二醇-26-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ)和26-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(25S)-5α-呋甾烷-20(22)-烯-2α,3β,26-三醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖基(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→2)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(Ⅱ)。均为已知化合物。结果表明本方法简单、准确。To study furostanol saponins from the fruits of Tribulus terrestris L. By the modern chromatography techniques ( silica gel, macroporous resin, Sephadex LH - 20, ODS and preparative HPLC, etc ), two furostanol saponins were isolated from the fruits of Trib- ulus terrcstris L.. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by the spectroscopic analysis and chemical methods. Two furosta- nol saponins were isolated from the fruits of Tribulus terrestris L. Two compounds of them were identifieated as: (25S) -5α -furost -20 (22) - en - 12 - one -3β, 26 - diol - 26 - O - β - D - glueopyranoside ( Ⅰ ). 26 - 0 - 13 - D - glue - pyranosyl - (25S) - 5α - furost - 20 (22) - en - 2α, 3β, 26 - triol - 3 - O - β - D - galactopyranosyl ( 1 →2 ) -β - D - glueopyranosyl ( 1→2 ) - β - D - galactopyranoside ( Ⅱ ) , two compound are old compounds. It turned out to be simple and accurate.
