摘  要:[目的]观察何首乌饮干预的衰老大鼠下颌下腺谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和过氧化脂质降解产物丙二醛(MDA)水平,探讨何首乌饮的抗衰老作用。[方法]用D-半乳糖制造衰老大鼠模型,何首乌饮的干预作用分治疗和预防两部分,观察下颌下腺GSH-PX和MDA改变。[结果]预防性实验部分GSH-PX水平以正常组最高,模型组最低,各预防组处于中间水平,其中Pm组仅低于正常组,效果最好(P﹤0.01),MDA水平以模型组最高,正常组最低,各预防组处于中间水平,其中Pm仅高于正常组(P﹤0.01)。治疗性实验部分GSH-PX水平以阴性对照组最高,S-R组最低,各治疗组处于中间水平,其中Tm组仅低于NC组(P﹤0.01),MDA水平以S-R组最高,NC组最低,各治疗组处于中间水平,其中Tm组仅高于NC组(P﹤0.01)。[结论]何首乌饮具有抗模型大鼠下颌下腺衰老的作用。[Objective]To observe the variation of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX)and the maleic dialdehyde(MDA)in submandibular gland of senile rat models interfered by Polygonum Multiflorum draught and explore the anti-senile effects of Polygonum Multiflorum Draught.[Methods]Senile rat models were made with D-galactose treatment.The variations of the GSH-PX and MDA in therapeutical and prophylactic experiment with administration of Polygonum Multiflorum Draught were observed respectively.[Results]In prophylactical experiments,the level of GSH-PX was highest in normal group and lowest in model group with the levels between these two groups in all other groups(P﹤0.01);the level of MDA was highest in model group and lowest in normal group with the levels between these two groups in all other groups(P﹤0.01).In therapeutical experiments,the level of GSH-PX was highest in negative control group and lowest in natural recovering group with the levels between these two groups in all other groups(P﹤0.01);the level of MDA was highest in natural recovering group and lowest in negative control group with the levels between these two groups in all other groups(P﹤0.01).[Conclusion]Polygonum Multiflorum Draught possess the anti-senile effects in submandibular gland in senile rat models.
