摘  要:具有孔径小于0.18μm 控制层的不对称氧化铝膜分离器可用于饮用水的净化,能全部滤除水中的霉菌,杆菌及大于50nm 的微粒子,细菌总的滤除率大于99% 。采用简单的机械清洗方法可使膜的渗透性能完全恢复。Purification of drinking water by the asymmetric alumina membrane prepared with the controlled layer of pore size smaller than 0.18μm was studied. The moule, bacillus in water can be removed entirely by the alumina membrane, the particles larger than 50nm can be removed entirely, more than 99% of total bacteria contained in the water can be removed. The operating pressure force is between 0.06~0.18MPa. The steady-state value of the water flux is about 0.56m 3/m 2h with operating pressure force of 0.18MPa. The resistant pressure increase is lower than 1%, the flux decline is slowly during the operation. The period of operation is longer than 300 hours. The fouling of the membrane was resulted from deposition of the agglomerated contaminants at the surface of the controlled layer of the membrane without the fouling inside the pore structure and pore blocking. The water flux efficeiency of this kind of asymmetric alumina membrane can be recovered almost entirely by the simple mechanical cleaning. The repollution of the pruified water can be minimized.
