济南-泰安-曲阜空气微生物监测

摘　　要：用平皿沉降法测定了济南、泰安、曲阜的空气微生物含量，包括细菌、真菌、总菌及真菌占总菌量的百分比值．测定结果表明这３ 个城市的空气已受到中等污染，其中以济南的为重．３ 市中除一些测点显出有重污染外，尚有少数景点空气污染甚轻，空气质量较好．空气真菌占总菌的百分比不低，既反映初秋测时空气所含的较高湿度，又表达了３ 市所处的地理位置和环境污染状况．同时分析了空气微生物含量的昼夜变化态势，阐述了空气微生物含量的意义．The air-borne microbial contents over three cities of Jinan,Taian and Qufu were determined by using the method of gravity plate and their general situation was obtained.It included the contents of air-borne bacteria,fungus,total microbes and fungus/total microbes(%) of the three cities.Their air environments have been suffered from the middle pollution.But there was slight pollution over a few sites investigated and their air conditions were better.The result obtained indicates that the percentages of air-borne fungous count were not lower from the investigation.It reflects that there was a higher relative humidity in the air determined during the early autumn,expresses the geographic location situated and environmental pollution situation of the three cities as well.At the same time the paper analyses the diurnal change states of the air-borne microbes while it interprets the significance of the air-borne microbial content.
