摘　　要：2010年4月,商务部提出城市统一配送作为中国城市物流发展的主题,此前我国一直采用共同配送作为城市配送发展的导向。本文首先给出城市统一配送的定义,对城市配送的结构、社会属性、影响因素和系统的多维度复杂性进行了研究,对共同配送对我国城市配送发展的不利因素进行了分析,并提出了在我国城市实施统一配送的框架思路。In April 2010,the department of commercial affairs proposed that the urban unification allocation is the subject of Chinese city urban physical distribution development.Before this,our country had used common allocation as the guidance.This article defined the urban unification allocation,and studied the urban allocation structure,social attribute,influencing factor and system′s complexity.It also analyzed the adverse effect of common allocation,and proposed the frame mentality that implements the urban unification allocation in our city.
