摘　　要：针对双导程蜗杆在普通车床上加工中的实际困难,本文以生产中一产品为实例,从挂轮计算、刀具选择、操作方法三方面介绍了蜗杆部分在CA6140车床上的加工方法,解决了生产中的实际困难,起指导生产的作用。Based on practical difficulties in the processing of duplex worm on the lathe,this paper takes a product in production as an example,describes processing methods about parts of the worm in the CA6140 lathe from three aspects of hanging round calculation,tool selection,operation methods,solves the practical difficulties in production,which plays the role of guiding the production.
