摘　　要：战略选择与组织适应能力互补互动对企业的可持续成长有着重要的影响。结合中铝河南分公司自身的特点和发展环境,给出了该公司战略选择与组织适应能力相互结合的三条主要措施。The influence and interaction between strategic choice and organizational adaptation significantly effect the sustained growth of an enterprise.With the characteristics and the developing environment of He＇nan Branch of China Aluminum Co.,Ltd.,three main approaches for the combination of strategic choice and sustained growth are proposed.
